On this quiet street, your vacation home is 2 bed and 2 bath and completely remodeled. Everything is new, with the exception of some local antiques and original art. 

Our favorite attribute of this home is the true open concept in the common areas. The kitchen, dining room and living room are extremely spacious and connected without walls. Enjoy the 75" 4k TV while conversing with family in the kitchen and bar.

Both the ensuite and guest baths are completely new with gray and white tile, plenty of light and high mounted shower heads. The guest bath also has a tub.

The main bedroom features a new king size Green Tea mattress, 55" Roku TV and plenty of closet space.

The guest/kid's room has full size bunk beds and a futon, a closet with games and books as well as its own 55" Roku TV.

Outside, the back yard is fully fenced in for your pup to enjoy. There is a covered patio with furniture as well as a park style BBQ grill. The back yard is illuminated at night by five solar string lights. 

Parking is ample. There is room to park a small to medium size boat (up to 21ft), or a kayak, motorcycle or other trailer while still having parking for two cars.

You will be close to grocery stores (Publix, Winn Dixie and Aldi), more restaurants than we can list here, not to mention banks, stores, etc. And, did we mention the drive-on beaches, canal district, dog beaches, dog parks, boat and kayak launches, public piers (within walking distance),  Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, world renowned Mosquito Lagoon for fishing, one hour drive to Orlando, hour and a half to St Augustine, Manatee viewing at Merrit Island National Wildlife Refuge.

Oh! And you can watch the space launches from the house!  We can't list all of the amazing things to do and see here in this slice of Florida Coast Heaven.

You have access to the entire property during your stay.

We are close by in New Smyrna to help if needed, but otherwise we will not bother you.

Location is fantastic with easy access to Riverside Dr and Ridgewood Ave, either of which will lead one to wherever they may wish to go. The neighborhood appeared to be young family centered, quiet, and we never felt unsafe. Check out instructions are simple and displayed on the fridge. 

The power blinked while we were there and the fridge started beeping incessantly every few minutes. The hosts were amazingly available and responsive with solving the problem. 

The only con is that while I never saw any mold, the home smells a bit moldy. Once inside a while, we didn't smell it anymore, but we definitely smelled it upon entry each time." (8/5)
